Add 1.21 support to MapartCraft

1.21 came out a couple weeks ago and it would be nice if we had the option to use the new blocks in MapartCraft. Thank you in advance!

I haven't looked at 1.21 myself, do you know which new blocks are useful for map art stuff?

To be honest, 1.21 blocks aren't really useful. Most are copper and tuff variants. The only possible useful entry is Tuff Slabs as a replacement for Gray Terracotta.
