Add support for ocamlformat

From the documentation:

OCamlFormat is influenced by and follows the same basic design as refmt for Reason, but outputs OCaml instead of Reason.

This would be a very helpful autoformatter to add to support the Ocaml side of things, now that the old Ocaml-only plugin has been deprecated in favor of this one.

Another vote in favor of this. OCamlformat is getting a good amount of momentum and support, and it would be great to see it working in vscode as well. I think it's especially nice when you're teaching new people OCaml, which I generally think of vscode as a good match for.
