Empty filenames

Some of file (and folder) names in russian are not displayed. However, when I click on an empty file, it is downloaded with the correct name (see attached screenshot). The application runs on Debian 8, php 5.6, apache 2.4. The root folder for quixplorer is mounted by cifs from Windows server. I also attached example of such problem file.
