Exporting BREP of assembly yields file without objects

After creating an Assembly3 assembly with linked parts, if I select the assembly and try to export it to BREP I have a .brep document without any data.

If I export the assembly as .step it does export the objects. Screenshot 2023-07-25 at 13 55 58

Found a way to do it.

Selecting the assembly root, there's a property in Base called Build Shape, if this property is changed to Compound then when the assembly is exported as BREP it exports the objects. Screenshot 2023-07-26 at 08 27 24

The objects are exported as a single merged object, so when importing you end up with a single object for your whole assembly.

I'm trying to export it as separate objects on a single file, not sure if it's possible.
