Unexpected element in the treeview

After deleting all constraints and elements, I noticed the following "Constraint" in the treeview:

Similar problem here. When I delete a body, the Origin is left in the tree as a toplevel item. When I delete an assembly, Constraints, Elements and Parts are left in the tree as toplevel items.

Can delete Origin but not Constraints/Elements/Parts
