Problem description

new z height for sketcher picking has no default value

When first starting the tip release there is no value for the sketcher picking z height. So the value becomes 0nm which makes it impossible to select points in sketcher.

If the value is changed in the preferences -> Sketcher -> Display -> Z height to 1nm it works again. I guess 1nm should be the default according to https://github.com/realthunder/FreeCAD/commit/7f745881635b56fcc511e27eab4babdbaa687dbf.
