have you tested the API independently? Is the pool still online and servicing?
Ive never seen that on AMD so might be an issue the the ARM implementation
Did you add a payout coin to the pool options? Can you take screenshot of your configs?
Actually after more testing, it is being honored, but --cpu-priority=0 is giving the process NI of 5 when 19 should be expected based on comments in the above mentioned issue....
