Adding contents on Deep Learning

It's probably a good idea to add some content about deep learning, pointing to frameworks like tensorflow, pytorch, etc. It's such a popular use of Python that I am surprised to not see them under machine learning. I think we should even put them in a separate category, as deep learning is so prevalent now.
