Command line interfaces CLI

Not sure if Fire is mature enough for inclusion. Only 3 commits from 1 contributor, plus "This is not an official Google product." Byline states: "open source student programs." How well will it be maintained? Python 2 or 3 compatibility is not stated.

But might be worth discussing Fire comparatively here, with say, argparse or click...

python-fire is under active development and recently released version - 0.1.0. Recently it gains popularity among python developers with around ~6K github stars and can be added to CLI section.
