Inclusion of Docker

It seems that the usage of Docker for development and production may fit somewhere within this awesome guide.

Thoughts?

Maybe Docker is not a topic of best practices with Python.

I may be wrong... :)

@gutierri I'm not sure. After all there are sections that are not directly related to Python development. Puppet, chef and the like comes to mind.

Docker could be a useful addition but I can't fathom how deeply it should be explained. A short entry similar to Chef's entry could be good.

Best practices of running Python in Docker would definitely be useful, imho.

@canibanoglu I'm confused about it... If someone has a presentation of some related content would be better for us to discuss it.

Cookiecutter-Django has docker-compose files for development and production and docs on how to use them... though that may be too detailed

I agree with @canibanoglu and think that similar treatment to Chef/Puppet could make sense.
