I can help setup the things (aka repository, i18n and read the docs part) . I've already done it in the French version http://python-guide-fr.readthedocs.io "Hablo español, pero muy mal." so I would not help for the translation ;)

Is this one still going on? @ThomasG77 What is the process of forking and branching to a new language? Spanish speaking audience: I believe using Castilian and not any american deviation is the easiest for us all, do you agree?
