App unable to load task when offline

How to reproduce behavior:

  1. Open app to Tasks screen
  2. Turn airplane mode on
  3. Select a task (to view or edit)
  4. It will spool/load indefinitely
  5. Turn airplane mode off
  6. Task page will load
