Performance statistics from ROS

This will require implementation of ROS gathering and exposing these statistics in its 2.0 version.

This could include:

1. a latency test, where Realm Studio opens up the same test realm to write and read the change, testing the delay from write to read via ROS, and plotting this on a graph.
2. Number of connections
3. Data in/out
4. CPU of the various servers
