Update docs sidebar copy/links

Related to https://github.com/realm/realm.io/issues/3971. On a fresh install, Realm Studio has a ROS 2.0 docs link that doesn’t send me to the download section. 1) we should update this link to https://realm.io/docs/realm-object-server/latest/#installation 2) we should highlight the npm install in the docs. Or possibly break this sidebar into two segments with one as a link to view the docs and another button to open terminal and paste the npm install in?

Ignore the left hand side for this issue. We could break out the steps download and run in the right side like the mockup above. Maybe even have a contact us with feedback link at the bottom?

• [ ] Update initial copy to: "If you haven't use Realm before, here are some tips to get started:" for the first line
• [ ] Update step 1 copy: "Install Realm Object Server" instead of "Download the latest"
• [ ] Add 3rd step "Connect to the Realm Object Server" link that will have the same action as the cta on the left

I also miss the demo file (we already have one from the Realm Browser we can reuse). But perhaps that should be in the right pane - since that is very welcome like?

Should it get removed one Studio has been used for a while? Or perhaps in the menu?
