Opening a Realm should focus the window, if it's already opened

Describe the bug Opening a Realm from the Server window won't focus the existing window if the Realm was already opened.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a server instance m
2. Click on a Realm, open it and minimize the browser window.
3. Go back to the server window and open the same Realm again.
4. Observe how the window doesn't get focused.

Expected behavior Opening the Realm the second time should focus the existing Browser window as if the Realm was opened initially.
