Apollo 3.0 support

Any plans of supporting Apollo 3.0 and beyond?

~~After briefly testing, it doesn't seem like it's backwards compatible, which also means it's not compatible with realm-graphql-client.~~ Seems like I can still mix and match both, but it's obviously not ideal due to the duplicate dependencies for both versions.

hey @Dids the new realm sync product has moved over to MongoDB Realm with server database being MongoDB. This platform also has a GraphQL endpoint so it should help in your migration since the syntax should be the same - https://docs.mongodb.com/realm/graphql/

That's certainly good to hear, although I'm not sure if my clients are ready to migrate yet. In fact, since we utilize partial sync on the mobile side of things (iOS/Android), I'm pretty sure we can't migrate yet, not until this feature has made it into the MongoDB version.
