Automate samples update after each new release of Realm

Description

Add a Github workflow to realm-dart repo to trigger another workflow in realm-dart-samples and to update samples pubspec.yml files with the new realm and realm_dart versions. To be triggered manually or when a release is published.

How important is this improvement for you?

I'd like to see it, but have a workaround
