Automatically update non-AppStore builds

We can use Sparkle for this and HockeyApp after #221 is implemented, the only thing to keep in mind is that Sparkle doesn't support sandboxing, so we will have to have two different targets in Xcode project to build MAS and non-MAS versions separately and disable sandboxing for non-MAS distribution.
