Dedupe shared theme resources

Search added some new external dependencies and #626 brought up the question of what to do with those and other shared theme resources:

  1. Continue storing copies in individual themes.
  2. Refactor, such that shared resources live in one place but are somehow made accessible to each theme.

Candidates for option 2: jquery, lunr, typeahead, and potentially jazzy’s search logic.
