Migrate to bootstrap

NOTE: This patch is not meant for review but is for testing, if we decide to continue separate smaller patch will be made

This patch makes the initial changes needed to move from wyrm to bootstrap.

Some things that need to be done:

  • [x] use bootstrap layout system
  • [x] fix fonts
  • [x] fix sidebar scroll
  • [x] fix some styling
  • [x] fix breadcrumbs aside
  • [x] fix media queries
