Failure in building PDF when the language is set to ar (arabic)

Withing the globaleaks project we are testing building documentations in many languages since our project has the goal to support users worldwide with high internationalization and localization

We are encountering issues with Arabic: https://app.readthedocs.org/projects/globaleaks-ar/builds/25941444/

Is there any user working on the same topic that could share their receipe? We are available to continue testing till this is working.
