• https://github.com/readthedocs/common/pull/211 (should be merged retaining that commit used for submodule update here)

Addresses most of the issues for

• #11200 but there is still prospector failing and I have no clue in that one.

Making it draft to prevent accidental merge before that PR in common/ merged. But feel welcome to migrate/merge whenever you see fit
