Adding Nextcloud account

I have trouble with adding the account. Looking through issues did not help.

Validating circle keeps rotating without any error notification.

I am a first time user. First, it is not clear how the address should be entered. Second, should it start with https? Should it be short (ownclouad.ut.ee) or full (owncloud.ut.ee/owncloud)? Third, does the app support temporary passwords like xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx? Finally, OCReader sends me to a login page, but readrops does not. Should it also ask for the NC confirmation?
