iPhone: Able to scroll document out of view when using 'scroll-document' scroll settings

Expected Behaviour

That the document can be vertically scrolled up to the end of the document, but not beyond.

Observed behaviour

When using scroll-document as the scroll setting, the nested iframe html document is given a min-height of 1056px. If you're on small devices, such as phones, then this allows you to scroll the document entirely out of view.

Steps to reproduce (on a phone)

1. Navigate to the Page Blanche epub in the cloud reader app: https://readium.firebaseapp.com/?epub=epub_content%2Fpage-blanche
2. Change settings so that the scroll option is set to the single document option.
3. Scroll to the page bottom, and beyond!

This issue does not happen on android devices and chrome browser, so may be just an apple thing?
