Read stream doesn't move current position on read (feature/WinRT branch)

fread_wrt function in stat_wrt.cpp revert stream position after read on line 301. If zip central dir size overlap buffer size (64k) zip library try to read dir description from the file. Thus big epub packages fails on open.

Using the develop branch. We have let master get stale which should be resolved in the next few days.
