issue with epub3 which are having the svg content

Expected Behaviour

*What you expected Readium to do... the alignment and should be proper and text should be highlighted when the audio playing *

Observed behaviour

Instead, Readium does... the text alignment is not proper and the text is not getting highlighted when the audio playing

Additional information

*attached the sample epub3 file with where i'm facing issue *
