Native Android/ IOS application - Is it possible to use web view?

I would like to build epub audio reader for different devices 1. Web 2. Android 3. IOS

I have build the readium web application. IS it possible to use the same application, to render in the web view for Android/IOS devices? Kind of hybrid application?
