Fixed formatting mistakes, updated some outdated links, removed appstore links that appear to have been unpublished and added links for now available apps that used to be "coming soon"

• Newline was missing before the entry for Bibblix
• Axiell Media has renamed to Publizon and the Biblio Library entry has been updated to reflect such (incl their new website)
• Edinburgh University Press entry had a formatting mistake
• Gantec EasyReadz has been removed from the Apple App store. I don't know why. Supporting evidence: the "Download for iPhone" link on the vendor's website doesn't actually do anything when clicked
• readingHouse was listed as "soon available" but is actually now published. Removed the "soon" and added the actual app store links
• Shanghai Library Reader was linking to an article about the app under instead of to the actual app store
• Torrossa Reader links were missing. Also the main link was going to the developer's main site instead of to the app's own dedicated site.

On a seperate note, it seems slightly misleading to list these four as individual adoptions/apps:

• Edinburgh University Press
• hopeBooks
• readingHouse
• SFGateway

Given that it's clear from their google app store URLs/app IDs (e.g. uk.co.glassboxx.hopebooks) that they're actually just whitelabel customers of Glassboxx have you considered indenting them and nesting them under Glassboxx?
