✨ [Feature request]: Play readme to include package information

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The idea to have a section in readme where the creator needs to put the additional package information

Advantages:

1. Identify the package that each play is consuming
2. Keep track of the versions
3. Keep track of the vulnerabilities each package brings in
4. In the future it will be easy to debug issues when we have a package upgrade
5. If at all we can segregate the play packages from the main application we know where to look for
