fix(docs): replace Imgur images with Wikimedia CC0 images for UK accessibility
Fixes: #8110
Summary
Users from the UK were unable to see images in the Passing Props to a Component tutorial because Imgur is blocked in that region.
This PR replaces all Imgur-hosted images with Wikimedia Commons (Wikipedia) images that are license-free (CC0/Public Domain) and globally accessible.
Details
Replaced all image URLs previously hosted on Imgur with Wikimedia Commons equivalents.
Verified that all new images:
Load successfully in UK regions
Are free to use under CC0/Public Domain Dedication
Fit visually within the existing tutorial layout
Confirmed the documentation renders correctly in local preview.
Why This Change
Imgur is blocked in the UK, leading to broken visuals for users.
Wikimedia Commons provides reliable, open, and region-independent hosting.
Ensures React documentation remains accessible and fully functional worldwide.
Verification
✅ Tested locally with yarn dev ✅ Confirmed all replaced images load correctly ✅ Checked UK accessibility via VPN

Hi @dev-Tejas-d, FYI - it appears that multiple files reference imgur, not just src/content/learn/passing-props-to-a-component.md.
