feature: investigate uno support

Investigate if uno requires anything beyond the basic UWP and adding support for it. This will have a dependency on UWP support.

@jeromelaban I will most likely reach out to you when we get around to this work. I will have some questions prepared by then around View generation.

We basically just need to extend an IView implementation for Uno. The questions will be around how Uno will resolve the view per platform.
