React has a couple alternatives and 'React-like' libraries:
There are also declarative view libraries that feel like React:
It'd be great to cover the first two, with the case of slotting them into React applications for a smaller bundle size or faster performance. I personally don't have experience doing this, but would like to see if it's worth doing.
The last two have interesting features to show, such as template literals as an alternative to jsx for expressing markup.
This doesn't necessarily have to be a talk topic, but it could be something to raise during open discussion time.
