Volume on iPhone 7 not controllable

Did someone experience the strange behavior on an iPhone 7 when changing the volume up and down? It just stays on the loudest possible volume and doesn’t go down. But when plugging in earphones, the sound is controllable.

I have the same issue, iPhone 7+, iOS 11.

This issue sounds like the one described in the WebRTC Mailing List. According to that post, the issue is related to the iOS version specifically and is fixed in the latest version (v11.2+).

Could anyone experiencing this issue test it with iOS v11.2 and see if it still happens?

Thanks @ruddell I don't have iPhone 7, but FWIW iPhone 8 with iOS11.1 works fine
