No way to disable Call Provider Account registration

Description

Unable to disable Call Provider. Using this library we are forced to establish a call provider account.
Is there a way to avoid registering an account so it doesn't impact the user when attempting to make a call?

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install & Configure package
2. Setup application using android/ios options
3. Run application, user is request permissions to add Call Provider account
