Move from jcenter to maven

Is there any plan to remove usages of jcenter() repository from your build scripts and migrate your build to other maven repositories?

jcenter is now officially deprecated, read only, and blacks out often. We can't trust it (anymore). It is now very important to release a version without jcenter dependency

In our project this is the last library that forces us to depend on jCenter. It would be great to see this cleaned up.

@Naturalclar - what would it take to get this package updated to maven? This is blocking a big upgrade we are trying to do. We would be happy to look at getting in a PR, if you would be able to give us some guidance (potentially?) on doing this?
