pickDirectory for the same directory requests permissions everytime

When I use pickDirectory and let's say I pick the directory XYZ it asks me if I allow the app to access the files in the folder XYZ which is normal. If I do it again, back to back, it will ask me again for the same folder, I don't think this is the normal behavior.
