is it possible when open DateTimePicker first select year and then select month and day? I think it’s convenient when you need to choose a date of birth

We have some user reports about not being able to skip to years. I think the default Android picker is great for calendar, but have a hidden/bad UI for birthdates. This feature would be really helpful and a good addition to the picker (for Android) 😁

this should be possible: https://stackoverflow.com/a/46223200/2070942 ; PR for this will be accepted (with null checks which are not in the shared answer but we want to be on the safer side of things). Also support on different t versions should be tested (check multiple answers).
