react-native-tvos upgrade

For upgrade issues and questions, the react-native-tvos repo directs here, although I'm not sure if that's intentional or not, so apologies if this isn't the right place for my question.

Anyways, I've got a handful of react-native-tvos apps that need to upgraded from 0.62.x to 0.63.x and I can't seem to find any information on how to do so. If I use the standard react-native upgrade command, it's pointed to the standard react-native diff information and can't proceed. I'm not sure if maybe there's a way to point the tool to a different diff or another process altogether?

Any help or nudges in the right direction would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
