Don't play sound via bluetooth speaker?

When a mobile phone is connected to bluetooth speaker or any device operating on bluetooth. Audio plays via the bluetooth speakers and not the mobile phone.

Is there a way to change the sound play via the mobile phone and not the connected speaker?
