this adds new resolver @badrap/valita

yes, of course.

how should i go about fitting valita into the Input/Output model as it doesn't have schema-like transformations like zod or io-ts? any examples to follow?

Valita supports transformations using map see custom parsers For a good reference, you can take a look at the Zod resolver implementation.
