Add `initialIsOpen` prop

Hi, Love RHF and I was happy to discover the existence of this DevTool!

Would it be possible to add an initlaIsOpen prop to have the devtools closed on startup and open it only when I need it? I didn't find any other way to do it.

I would be happy to make a PR to add this feature
