getPopupContainer missing in the TimePickerProps [TypeScript]

[Bug] getPopupContainer missing in the TimePickerProps, so it triggers an error when using rc-time-picker TypeScript.

getPopupContainer is still missing in props and throws an error, any updates on when this will be fixed?
