Selectively disable minutes in AM/PM in 12 hour timepicker

Is there any way to set disabled minutes separately in AM/PM? My use case is that I'm using two timepickers side-by-side to select a start and end time. I need to disable all hours and minutes in the second timepicker prior to the start time in the first. For example, if the start time is, say, 5:35PM, I can properly disable all hours prior to that in the second timepicker (i.e. all AM hours are disabled and 12-4 disabled in PM) but the current behavior will still show minutes 0-34 as selectable in the AM timepicker.

I'd like to bump this up. I also have an issue where we have time ranges and need to disable midnight and only allow users to select 11:59pm.
