tab标签css属性设置为flex:1，当拖动屏幕区域使组件大小发生变化时：

1. 有很大机率出现dropdown按钮闪烁出现。
2. tabListRef.current?.getBoundingClientRect()取值时，因为此时<OperationNode />依然占据空间，导致取值不准确，具体表现为.${prefixCls}-ink-bar-animated的元素错位。
