How to disable the initial animation on `inkBar`?

I'd say the transition on inkBar is fantastic, but is there any way I can disable it for the initial mount? Currently, it will transition to full width from 0 for the default selected tab, which is not a good behaviour from my perspective.

I have to disable the whole animation on inkBar due to this issue, it would be good if this can be default or an option can be provided.
