Swipe on mobile is broken

Hi! First, thank you for the great library!

I believe there's a bug with how swiping works on mobile, I made a short video to demonstrate:

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. go to the first example: http://react-component.github.io/tabs/examples/activeKey.html
2. open chrome devtools in mobile mode
3. try swiping between the tabs
