Bug: Dropdown menu cannot interact after props.animation is set

Reproduction steps:

  1. npm start
  2. Adjust the height of the browser window so that select is close to the bottom of the window
  3. Click select
  4. The dropdown menu is not displayed
  5. Click outside
  6. The dropdown menu is displayed, but cannot be interactive
