Add option for disabling Prev/Next Jumpers (not hiding them)

Although a showPrevNextJumpers option exists, when set to false, the resulting pagination component looks kinda awful (first and middle elements not being padded or separated makes the page list looks unnatural) so it would be a great idea to still render the ellipsis buttons but disabling them or make them text-only.
