Update expo preview link SDK

The expo preview link does not work on newer expo as it uses SDK v25.0.0 and the new client requires at least v33.0.0

Expo Go now requires at least V38.0.0

"The project you requested uses Expo SDK V25.0.0, but this copy of Expo Go requires at least V38.0.0. The author should update their experience to a newer. Expo SDK version."
