Version 2.3.6 broke rc-slider tooltip

As identified in https://github.com/react-component/slider/issues/409, it looks like the new shallow compare added in b449abae37e958f3e46309618da90c15d1642810 isn't updating when it should, so the tooltip stays put. I don't have the full context for this commit, but it seems like it might be worth rolling back and bumping versions again.
